Neiman Marcus & Bergdorf Goodman
History
The first Neiman Marcus store was opened in Dallas, Texas in 1907 with a simple but ambitious intention—to fashionably clothe the women of the Southwest. At the same time, Bergdorf Goodman was making a name for itself in New York City by liberating women from the restrictive clothing of the day—even going so far as to expose the ankle.
For over a century now, Neiman Marcus and Bergdorf Goodman have remained focused on delivering a level of service commensurate with their renowned assortment of luxury goods. Recognized as the premier luxury retailer dedicated to providing customers with distinctive merchandise and superior service, The Neiman Marcus Group operates 41 Neiman Marcus stores across the United States and two Bergdorf Goodman Stores in Manhattan.
